Biography: Randy Edmond Owner/President, R.E. Signature Homes Inc.
           
*August 1977, began construction career with Mason Homes as a laborer.  1978, left labor local 110, joined operator engineer local 513 union. Worked with and operated heavy equipment from 1978-1982.  Operator responsibilities included; excavation in upper class subdivisions, cutting sub-grades on streets, digging and backfilling all basements, final grading, installing sewer laterals and water services, and the installation of electrical conduit.  Work took place in St. Louis and St. Charles counties.

* 1982 promoted to Superintendent for Mason Homes.  Responsibilities included scheduling and managing the building process for high end condominiums.
           
* 1987 promoted to Construction Manager for Mason Homes.  Responsibilities included management of all current job sites and all field personnel, purchasing, customer service, and new project cost projections.

* 1990 went to work for Gateway Homebuilders of Chesterfield, promptly promoted to Vice President of Construction 1990 to 2002.  Responsibilities included management of all field and office personnel, and design and development of multi-family developments and custom homes exclusively. During his 12 years with Gateway Homebuilders Randy began Signature Contracting Company and began remodeling and land development.

* 2002 we incorporated as R.E. Signature Homes Inc.  We are currently involved in custom home building and land development in Jefferson and Ste. Genevieve counties.  Projects are also welcome in St. Francis and St. Louis counties.

* 2006 R.E. Signature purchased 147 acres in the R7/Festus school district and have began development of the Hawthorn Hills subdivision.  Currently 93 acres with 20-4+acre lots have been developed with electrical utilities installed and paved streets.  Currently we have built 12 custom homes in Hawthorn Hills.  Lots are available.
